Mac G maintained that this was not a genuine criticism but a sponsored narrative by the apartheid established media houses aimed at undermining the growth and popularity of his uncensored podcast.Now today ,to his his followers this ticks a box,because Minnie Dlamini was also one of those people to make claims that the podcast is ‘misogynistic’ on twitter,while advocating for a failed attempt to ‘cancel’ the podcast,she is the one today on the same platform that was founded upon racial discrimination values,trumpeting the same language like ‘smash’ on the opposite gender,none of the critics are vocal,maybe because they fear the Naspers because it is owned by ‘white monopoly capital ‘ . All these vindicates Mac G’s stance on his critics and the mainstream media narratives.

DJ Khabzella held a massive influence among the majority of youth population in Gauteng through his radio platform,he was not a music journalist,but a talk-show host and entertainer,if today you can recall DJ Sbu’s broadcasting style at Ukhozi FM or through his podcasts you listen to today,DJ Khabzella was more a geunine thing like that,and an inspiration to most presenters who would follow just like Sbu.One of the wise and brave thing he ever did at that time when HIV was considered taboo and a stigma,was him to announce it publicly through a radio platform,while taking a leave for treatment,this to many activists was a first sign of beating the disease,since it meant that an influential figure would take a treatment,preach about it and be a model to many that it can be treated while at the sametime teaching a healthy lifestyle behavior. But unfortunately,the DJ couldn’t make it back to radio,as he consulted an inyanga which lied to him that this was a sign of being bewitched by a fellow presenter at Y FM who was jealous,he listened to these stories and tried to take the prescription from the Inyanga,which indeed never helped,he felt more confident when the ‘most educated leader’ in the continent,president Thabo Mbeki,showed to be coming at his rescue,by sending his one of his top doctors inside the health department,it was a highly publicized drama and Khabzella ‘s family were also feeling positive about the development ,the doctor was deployed at Khabzella’s home where he was being looked-at after full time,she came armed with the ‘garlic’ and ‘African potato’ straight from the department of health,but within weeks,Khabzella continued to loose weight and developed other diseases flooed by the weakened bodycells just like what AIDS would indeed do,the doctor left,Fana Khaba died ,just like that in mid January 2004 following his leave from radio since May 2003.

Amapiano is a sub-genre of Electronic Dance Music,founded in Mzansi,it is not clearly known when exactly and by who,but first-hand acts known are Kabza De Small amd DJ Maphorisa,Maphorisa has always been a versatile producer within the dance music ,Kabza De Small is originally a deep house producer dating from 2011 but his claim to fame was through his co-work with Maphorisa around 2018.
House Afrika records decided in the mid 2010s to approve Amapiano music,as part of their series,and because Soul Candi was already closed down at the time,House Afrika lacked a competition,thus new investors like DJ Strat3gy designed a strategy for a successful dance music sub-genre called Amapiano music,House Afrika records is one of the oldest few successful and reputable record companies in Mzansi,it specialises with EDM and they were the firsts to release DJ Fresh in 1997,a first House compilation in the country.
